Ruse

To mark its 10th anniversary, high-end consignment boutique RUSE entrusted Studio Kiff with the redesign of its iconic Mile End space on Saint-Laurent Boulevard.

The project draws inspiration from the world of fashion itself: a balance between old and new. The goal was clear — to elevate the in-store experience while preserving the unique charm of the space. The original maple flooring was sanded down to reveal its natural tone, the decorative ceiling cornices were preserved, and the walls were painted in a creamy blush white that envelops the space with warmth.

The layout was also carefully designed to enhance the perception of space: strategically placed mirrors, tall and slender racks, and a built-in wall shelving unit with integrated LED lighting behind the counter, highlighting the luxury consignment accessories — a core element of RUSE’s identity.
